Tim Lim is the President and Founder of Precision Network, a premier digital planning and media buying firm that combines the best of the commercial and political worlds to bring you data driven, successful campaigns. Under Tim’s leadership, Precision drove the first voter-targeted advertising buys for President Obama’s re-election campaign in 2012 and ran the successful Senate victory for Jeanne Shaheen, among other winning campaigns and corporate initiatives. His work and digital ad campaigns have been featured on the front page of The New York Times and in USA Today, Politico and Campaigns and Elections, among others. Previously, he worked for Change.org as the Director of Partnerships and prior to that ran the Washington, DC office for Grossman Marketing Group led by former DNC Chair Steve Grossman. Tim is also a partner at Bully Pulpit Interactive, overseeing paid media. Tim can trace his political beginnings to campaigns from his home state of California to the primary battles in New Hampshire. Some of the campaigns that Tim has worked on include the Howard Dean presidential campaign, Chris Gabrieli for Governor, and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign in 2007. Tim served as one of the Founding Co-Chairs for Gen44, the young professional arm of President Obama’s re-election campaign and served on the National Finance Committee of the Hillary for America campaign in 2016.
John Ellison serves as a Senior Media Director at Precision Network. Previously, John worked for World Wildlife Fund (WWF) where he managed the non-profit’s paid-search advertising & display advertising programs. John came to WWF after serving as Online Strategy & Creative Design Manager for the Global Business Payments division of Travelex. John was responsible for the corporate website, all paid-search and SEO activities globally, writing and publishing online content, social media applications, and maintaining a consistent visual identity across the globe.
John earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. He enjoys photography, art, music and travel.
Patrick McGill is a Senior Associate at Precision Network where he helps lead digital media strategy for Precision’s political, non-profit, and advocacy clients.
Previously, Patrick was a Senior Strategist with Stones’ Phones, a leading Democratic political consulting firm where he helped pioneer the Telephone Town Hall as a campaign, advocacy, and fundraising tool. Some of the campaigns Patrick has worked on include Barack Obama for President, Tim Kaine for Senate, Andrew Cuomo for Governor, and Patrick Murphy for Congress. Patrick has won over 25 Pollie Awards from the American Association of Political Consultants and back to back Reed Awards for Best Use of Telephone Town Hall.
He holds a B.A in Political Science from American University where he was Student Government Vice President. At AU, Patrick completed both institutes in the Center for Congressional and Presidential Studies (CMI and PAAI).
Elizabeth is a Senior Media Associate at Precision Network where she focuses on media planning, buying, and reporting for many of Precision’s corporate and political clients. Prior to Precision Network, she was an Associate Media Planner/Buyer at Star Group in Philadelphia and was also a Sales and Marketing intern at Philadelphia Magazine.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of South Carolina. While at school she also held a lead volunteer role during retreats for a non-profit organization, Women Beyond Cancer. In her spare time, she is an equestrian and enjoys photography.
Sofia Bennett is Media Associate at Precision Network where she focuses on a variety of political and advocacy clients. Prior to joining Precision Network, Sofia interned at The Campaign Workshop as a Digital Media Intern during the 2014 cycle and NGP VAN as a Marketing and Sales Intern.
Sofia earned her Bachelors of Arts in International Affairs, along with minors in Political Science and Italian Literature and Language from the George Washington University. In her spare time she enjoys visiting her family in Italy, reading and exploring DC’s food scene.
Sierra Mead first joined the Precision Team as a Media Fellow and became a Media Associate in August 2016. Sierra works on a range of campaigns and digital buys for Precision’s diverse clientele.
Before her work at Precision, Sierra pursued her passion for women’s rights and Democratic politics as an intern at Vital Voices, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and AIDS Legal Network in South Africa. Sierra graduated from the George Washington University with a B.A. in Political Science and Women’s Studies.
Mark Speidel is an Assistant Programmatic Campaign Manager at Precision Network where he focuses on client strategy and digital campaign management for corporate, nonprofit, and political clients. Previously, Mark was a Product Specialist at Perceptronics Solutions, Inc. where he acted as the primary analyst on a social media data analytics project for political and product marketing clients. Before starting at Perceptronics Solutions, Mark held several internships including internships on Capitol Hill and in the office of the Maryland Attorney General.
Mark is a graduate of the University of Maryland – College Park with a degree in Government and Politics.
Erica Monteith is a Senior Media Director where she oversees millions of dollars in digital spend across a variety of platforms. Previously, Erica was a Digital Strategist at Merkle Inc. working with email, mobile and online advertising. Prior to Merkle, Erica served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic.
Erica is a proud alumna of Colorado State University having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration concentrated in Marketing. She is based in Washington, DC.
Nick is an Associate Media Director, where he works to establish media strategy and run digital media campaigns that achieve client goals and surpass client expectations. Previously, Nick was a project manager at Blueprint Interactive where he worked on a variety of political and issue campaigns for clients. While Nick has deep experience with media strategy and implementation, he also has experience managing website development projects, crafting email and ad copy, and business development. Other experience includes Fleishman Hillard’s digital practice, the House Energy and Commerce Committee, the DCCC, and a mobile app start-up.
Nick holds a B.A. from Kenyon College, where he double majored in English and Studio Art, and he originally hails from the Washington, D.C. area.
