Tim Lim is the President of Precision, the premier digital planning and media buying firm that combines the best of the commercial and political worlds to bring you data driven, successful campaigns. Previously, he was at Change.org as the Director of Partnerships and also ran the Washington, DC office for Grossman Marketing Group led by former DNC Chair Steve Grossman. Tim can trace his political beginnings to campaigns from his home state of California to the primary battles in New Hampshire. Some of the campaigns that Tim has worked on include the Howard Dean presidential campaign, Chris Gabrieli for Governor, and the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. Tim also served as one of the Founding Co-Chairs for Gen44, the young professional arm of President Obama's re-election campaign.

Grace Teng heads media and integration for Precision. In her role she is responsible for the media framework including strategy, planning and buying.
Prior to Precision, Grace held leadership roles at Mindshare, Betawave, MECi Interactive, Team One (Saatchi & Saatchi), Deutsch LA, and BBDO. Her agency career client list is marked by global brands, including Lexus, Ritz Carlton, KFC, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Bare Escentuals, and Chrysler. Her sales career includes new business wins with blue-chip brands such as Starbucks, Kraft, Sony Entertainment, Sprint and Disney.
Grace’s experience includes advertising, business development, strategy, sales, marketing, project management, and operations. With an agency and publisher sales background, Grace has created and sold integrated communications and multiplatform promotion opportunities for some of the world’s biggest corporations and brands.
Her digital experience includes online, search, video, mobile, content distribution, and digital OOH. In addition, she also has traditional media planning and buying experience in TV, radio, magazine, newspaper, and OOH.
